We are so confident about the quality of the products we sell, that we are ready to extend a full year warrantee on all parts for any item sold on our website.

If your machine does not operate to your satisfaction, we will help you troubleshoot the specific problem and send you any defective part at no cost to you. Shipping will even be covered. All parts come with easy to follow installation instruction. If you still have difficulties, we will be happy to walk you thru the process.

We will not stop until you are satisfied!!!

We do not share any information we collect about you or your transactions with anyone! We do not rent, loan, sell, barter, or let organizations use our customer information in any matter.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of the date of shipment. Follow these simple steps:

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain your return RMA number, please contact us at The RMA number must be written on the original invoice found inside your original order package. TrimproShop will refuse delivery of any returned item without an RMA number.

Repack the product in its original packaging materials. All products must be returned in like-new condition (never been used with plants), in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

On the outside of the package you are returning, print the return-shipping address which appears on the invoice's letterhead and the RMA number supplied to you by the sales agent; do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States or Canada Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or Federal Express. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost (receipt proof required) if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
